Peter Senge is a senior lecturer and director of the Center for Organizational Learning at MIT Sloan School of Management. He is also the founding chair of The Society for Organizational Learning (SoL) and co-founder of theAcademy for Systemic Change. Senge is the author of the book The Fifth Discipline and co-author of the books Presence,The Necessary Revolution, The Fifth Discipline Fieldbook, and Schools That Learn.
